Actually, I sort of agree that he deserves to be on the list least, but that doesn't mean he isn't a tosser, because he is. When I whittled down my original choices it was between him and Jamie Oliver, and I'm afraid Clarkson's perm swung it for me. He's never going to win, anyway. There's much more potent twats on that list.
