Have you found out about this? Loads of disabled people live alone. Most, for which they should be applauded, outside of Harlow. You should read up on what it costs to move out if you hate it so much. You'd be high priority for any sorta council housing for a start.

Like all benefits its not as clear as it seems...whoever lives with me, partner, parent or friend can get carers allowance....its just subbing one benefit for the other.

England ain't that expensive. Bits are, other bits are dirt cheap.
