i'm buying some casserole beef steak fillet tomorrow. and some lean beef mince. and turkey mince. and a chicken. and some chicken drum sticks, and some chicken wings. i'll buy some parma ham too, just to round off the inevitable slaughter.

plus i work out two-three times a week, not only does eating all that not make me die earlier, i'll most likely outlive you.

saturated fat is not linked to heart disease no matter what the heart foundation say, there's a shit load of evidence that low fat margarines and spreads are worse.

cholesterol eaten does not translate into cholesterol in the blood stream. cholesterol is broken down in the stomach and by the liver, so any cholesterol in the bloodstream is there because it's been made by the body for the body. external dietary cholesterol does not translate into blood serum cholesterol.

there's a peer reviewed journal article on how a high fat diet before exercise decreases levels of blood cholesterol and dangerous hormones to below that of those who exercise after a low fat meal. if you exercise and eat high fat, high cholesterol foods you look, feel and are actually more healthy.

I'm reading it now actually, and as I thought it is biased propaganda, it has no sort of balance to it at all. If you don't like animal suffering buy dairy products from a local reliable farmer which you know has treated his animals fairly. Don't cut out another entire food group!!
