| right. i've given this a lot of thought and have whittled my garage(/hangar/whatever b3ni wants it to be called) down to just the essentials. i've covered land, sea and air and hopefully it covers every travel situation i'm likely to encounter. it didn't turn out as crazy as i'd feared. most of my choices even exist irl! note: space travel is not covered because how the hell do i pick just one spaceship? anyway: - Spoiler:
1969 camaro ss:this'd be my everyday runaround ride. it's cool. we'll have to get rid of most of that chrome, though. different rims to the one in the picture too plz. mafia sentinelfor when something safer and more reliable is required. plus it's still fast enough for most situations. more room in it than the camaro, too. ford focus wrc carfor when offroad driving needs to be combined with speed, which is more often than you think. would dennis nedry have crashed and got eaten by a dinosaur in jurassic park if he'd been driving this full tilt around the corner instead of that stupid jeep thing?(???) well, yeah, probably but if he'd taken it easy round the corners, he could've driven the straight sections at 100mph+ and made that boat with time to spare. the one pictured is the 2007 season car because i like the livery but we better make it 2009 spec apart from that, just to be safe. merkava iv main battle tankfor war/ serious business. to be honest, depending on where my fantasy garage is located, i might have been better off with a different tank (a german leopard 2, maybe). BUT the merkava is just so fucking pretty. look at that turret! awesome. easily the sexiest thing in the israeli army now that ace is a civilian. besides, i can't think of anyone i have beef with who even has a tank. i could have picked a sherman and still been covered. lamborghini reventonfor when speed is of the essence. i'm not a big fan of supercars, in general, but it turns out that making sure your car looks like a fighter jet is just retarded/awesome enough to win me over. the a-team vanfor road trips/shopping. casspir armoured personnel carrierfor dangerous road trips/shopping. these bad boys are built with surviving mines in mind and will almost certainly get you to your destination in one piece. fucking big as well, so there's plenty of space for all your friends. i might stick a .50 calibre machine gun up on top or something as well, just in case. fuck a camper van. harley-davidson fxcw rockerbecause i felt like i needed to include a bike. i dont really know much about them tbh, so i did some research and it looks like this 'un might be my cup of tea. note the huge custom handlebars in the one pictured. gots to have those. pbrTHE HORROR. boats. meh. i don't really have many favourites, but i've got to get around on the waves somehow, don't i? i considered a pirate ship of some sort, but who wants to go and press gang fifty guys every time you want to go fishing or something? james bond's lotus espritfor when water is only a possibility. also ever more useful in the days of global warming and flash floods. i've always liked esprits, anyway. hueyi'm not sure which model, exactly. there's a lot of them and i'm no expert. i figure the huey is perfect for my main aerial choice, though. there's enough room in it for friends/shopping but it still seems like it would be maneuverable enough to make it enjoyable to fly for fun or sightseeing. it's versatile. ah-64d apache longbowfor when i'm in one of my moods/the tank is unsuitable/otherwise need to introduce some death from above. b-29 superfortressfor long range travel. could have picked a ship but didn't. planes are faster, anyway. i almost went for a b-52 but decided on a b-29 in the end, because of its characterful cockpit. i thought a bomber would be a more sensible choice than a civilian aircraft, cause who knows when you might need to drop a nuke on someone? alright, i'm done.
