I wouldn't say MGS2 and Syphon Filter where similar for that reason. The ledge shuffle, maybe, but I'd tie the minor storyline attributes as a more common factor.

In the unreal games most weapons have 2 modes of fire, but the shock rifle had 3...how did you use the third firing 'mode'?
