They're obviously not very good neighbours or neighbourly. I have an old lady across from me who talks to herself quite a bit while she tends to her garden. Due to her poor hearing she does talk very loudly to herself. On the plus side I know that my dwelling is safe as she sees everthing that comes in and out of our Cul -de - Sac

I never need to visit neighbours 'cos they're always round mine.
It's useful having a selection of local kids who want to take me dog for a walk.
