Those coals look a bit far fetched.

Well if you watch the vid to the end you'll see the customary Jackie chan blooper reel....

I will do that. I switched off after the coals. I know some people can walk on coals but I'm not sure Jackie Chan is genuine.

He does all his own stunts properly.
Infact here's a little video about some of his stunts....

that's actually blasphemy. he's been in traction for the sake of his own stunts and regularly carries on with broken ankles and the like.

I don't know much about him. Not a girl type film. I haven't seen any Jackie Chan films.
I know he does his own stunts ... but even the coal walking?
I'll watch it after I've had something to eat.

The coal walkings pretty light weight compared to stuff like hanging off a rope ladder from a chopper 1000 feet in the air with no saftey lines.....

I don't think so. His skin would burn. He can hang off a ladder without being burnt.

He might have done it himself. It would be strange if it was the only stunt he didn't do. It looks like he can breathe balls of fire.
'The climatic final fight is in many people's top 10 all time fights. It involves Jackie taking on his real life body guard Ken Lo. This scene took 2 months to film and has the Jackie Chan stamp of choreography, stuntwork and directing all over it. Not only does Jackie end up drinking industrial alcohol (at a Steel Furnace), breathing fire balls, being set on fire twice and falling over hot coals (pictured right)!!!! it also boasts a sensational example of how 'wire' Kung Fu is at its best when used to enhance rather than dominate the action.'

'He was the method actor of action stars. If you went to other movies for fantasy, you went to Jackie’s movies for reality. He didn’t just hang by an umbrella off a speeding bus (“Police Story”) or walk over a speeding car (“Twin Dragons”). At one point in “Project A – Part II,” his character, Dragon Mao, eats fistfuls of hot peppers to combat his enemies (he blinds them with the juice), and during the outtakes you discover they really were hot peppers. In “Drunken Master II,” his character, Wong Fei-Hong, falls onto a bed of hot coals, and during the outtakes you discover they really were a bed of hot coals. You’d sit in the audience and think, “Dude. This doesn’t have to be real.”'

Seagull would eat burning coals because he's a fat Ken. Jackie would chew the coal, spit it in his fat eyes and then throw himself off a building for no good reason. and SURVIVE!
