I just had a McDonald's...

Said meal included chicken nuggets and chips. I blame the girls in the office...weren't for them, I'd be a ripped Adonis.

I can't have chicken nuggets anymore as I'm only allowed Free Range 'Happy' Chickens.

This makes me sadder than it should do

I lost a stone once when I cut out cheap lager for close to a month. Unfortunately, two more showed up in their place the next month.

ah... I don't drink on daily basis.

but British diet in general sounds bad to me... everything fried....

i lost half a stone when i got the plops on holiday last year. amazingly i put in back on again before i got home by slobbing next to a pool drinking Egyptian beer and eating koffte.

I don't drink every day! I'd be well ill if I did. Only drink 2 or max, 3 times a week. But it's the main source of complete shite that enters my body.
