Nah the 1000D is like a starter SLR as far as I'm aware. If you notice, the numbers get lower the better the camera is. eg 400d is alright, 40d is really good, then there's the ones like 1d markIII which is ZEEEE BEST.

Buy mine. I might sell it to upgrade, with the kit lens and a sigma 55-200mm lens (not totally sure of the specs of that atm, dad borrowed it) Probs sell it for like £350.. Maybe.... Depends whether I can sell my stereo too to make the money up, though.

Anyway, the 55-200 lens isn't the best tbh. I bought it as soon as I got the camera (last december) not knowing a lot about that kinda shit.. 'cause I'm a retard like that. It'll do, it's a good lens for just general photos but if you want really fucking crisp shots then it's not up to the job. Pristine condition though, had a filter on it the whole time, so you could very easily sell it on.

I have a cat just like that, she has so much attitude it's unbelievable.
She doesn't like her name being spoken too much, and when you do, she wags her tail in annoyance.
If you stroker her too much or for too long she get's annoyed and will hiss/screech/huff/bite/claw you. She actually makes a "HUFF" noise when she get's angry. She'll trip you up when she feels like it and she'll steal your place if you get up for a second.
But I do love her so because she is so soft, like the softest cat ever.
