I'm good enough to play the computer, and I've even knocked about some players (who were obviously 6 year olds) online, but I still doubt my skillz.

i don't get the appeal. i played Melee and just got bored.

Melee, I mean. Getting a few friends together and owning them as Jigglypuff is a fond memory I carry.

It was only £18 on amazon, so I couldn't not get it....they had quite a few decent games for cheap actually.

i played Melee as a 4 player. just didn't feel very engaging and it means i don't understand the fuss about Brawl.

I've played it a few times. I just don't like it. The only enjoyment I found came from spotting all the obscure characters like the kids from Mother 3.

4-player Brawl all crowded round the one TV is excellent. Online play is limited by the horrendous lag though.

He didn't renew Live after his trial ended because he's been playing Mass Effect and didn't think it was worth it until he got more games that can be played online.

Completed it a couple nights ago. It is awesome.
