If you're married there's a lot less faff when it comes to wills and who gets property. It's expensive to get that stuff drawn up if you don't.

You think so? I think if theres no tax breaks or financial incentives then its not really encouraged.

It is though, because they don't want to have to give out loads of benefits to single mums. Plus, it's good for children to be brought up with a strong male figure. They're more likely to be normal, decent citizens.

I don't think that matters, if the fathers a big enough dick to leave the mum by herself without any help then I don't think it matters whether they're married or not

But the relationship is likely to last longer if they're married. It's something to hang onto.
