Probably got their demographics a bit wrong.

I can't help but feel the majority of people this is aimed at probably don't live in city centers, least of all Westminster. For someone who's supposed to be kind of intelligent, advertising on a bendy bus is hardly the most cost-effective way of selling something, I'd imagine.
