Haha, it was a very cringeworthy moment.

Not bad, just been working a lot. People ask me to find something out for them and when I dont get back to them the next day they phone to ask if I've had an answer. If I haven't called them its because I don't have an answer to give them yet!! It pisses me off that they think its as simple as phoning someone and asking a question! If i cant get an answer, then I need to email someone and if i'm emailing them its because they're busy and I know I wont get an answer fo a few days! i tell people this on the phone but still they call back every 5 mins!
