Guitar Hero World Tour

Who has this?

I've got III but not World Tour.

I'm gonna be borrowing III for the Wii, I'm shit but If you fancy a challenge.

World Tour is ace...you should get it.

Let me know when you get hold of it. I want the full world tour set but don't have the space. If the game on it's own gets nice and cheap I'll pick it up then.

Yeah, its worth it...you can still use the Guitar from III.

I've just started playing again, only on medium though

I played the Wii version.

I just don't like the song selection on that one. You know, not the fact that I'm generally crap at it.

I'm the bomb on Interpol's Obstacle No.1 though.

I have never played Guitar Hero.

Am I really missing that much? It looks so dull.

I played this at a friends. Tink wants me to buy it. If I should choose to, which is better, Wii or XBox360 and which edition?

i guess the 360 version looks better but that's not really what it's about. other than that there's probably just the issue of DLC in which case go for 360 as Nintendo are stuck in the middle ages where words like 'progressive' earn you a dunking in the river.

Yeah, it comes down to how much online stuff you want to do really.

The 360 is far superior for downloadable content.

I've downloaded a few songe for the Wii but I her the 360 has more choice and stuff.

Ginners...I got III today so I'll crack on and start unlocking songs.

360/PS3 usually have the better (if more obvious) selections.

The Wii has some brave choices but I don't think the tracks are that stellar really.

I quite like a lot of the songs...The Tool ones are ace.

i've managed two songs from it. possibly QOTSA and Slipknot. what else is in there; Muse and.....?

I failed at the slipknot one first try and havent done any of the others yet.

I thought I'd put more practice in before I tackle them again.

they're fucking nails. if you're no better than i am then welcome to 1 year + of practice.

I got 91% on Even Flow, 90% on the ZZ Top song and 93% on Welcome to the Jungle. their my best scores on Hard apart from the easier songs like the one by Mountain and Foghat

I tend get between 80% and 86% though

When You Were Young is my highest score on hard. i love playing Black Magic Woman but the later sections stop me from getting 5 stars.
