I even owned The Real Ghostbusters figures back in the day. The ones with the proper uniforms, not the shit ones where they're heads had eyeballs that popped out or looked like a cover of a Grace Jones album. Man, those figures pwned.

I saw the Tom Clancys HAWX advert yesterday, I was slightly aroused.

I know fuck all about games though, is it as good as it looks?
I suspect I may have been fooled be clever marketing.

Most flight sims suck, but that does look like one of the better ones with some good ideas.

You can get a demo of it, but if you want a flight sim then its probably the best one to get.

There's only a few games with the Tom Clancy name that are decent. The rest are shite money makers for Ubisoft.

Madworld. Saw pics a while ago and thought it looked fun a bit gimmicky with no substance. Just seen it in action and it looks like I'll have months of fun with it as long as it doesn't give me a headache first. If they alter the blood like they did with No More Heroes I'll be pissed off.

Agreed, I'm still refusing to buy NMH for that reason. I don't think they could get away with it for MadWorld though, it's too important to the actual style and design of the game, I think. I hope I'm not wrong.

NMH is just okay. i thought everyone overrated it.

It's funny as fuck. The standard gameplay is a bit simplistc, I give you that, but the boss fights are awesome on it (the Lolilta type with the baseball one is one of the best set-pieces in a game I've ever seen). It's just a very old school type of game though, in terms of mauling huge mobs continously.

it was enjoyable in that respect but i just got bored having to ride around the city and do shit jobs. were you any good at those free kill missions where you could only get hit once? i was so shit at those.

Not those ones. I was shite at those. The ones where you had to clear through X amount of goons in Y amount of time I was shit hot at. Especially when my stats had been pumped up and I was using the best beamsword.
