I guess the action sequences aren't as memorable as the first one (ahhhh...who can forget escaping the helicopter by jumping from lift to lift?), but I think the story was the first time I ever played a game where somebody attempted a mature storyline without the main character shouting a lot or dropping f-bombs. It was a marked improvement over the first game's paper-thin 'cop out for revenge' plot.

i still love the first Max Payne. as soon as i have the power, i'll get MP2 and finally get round to playing it.

Deus Ex. Nuff said. The first Max Payne was fine, mind; just the second was..... lacking?

Has anyone got MadWorld yet? I read a quick review, and it seems to suffer the exact same problems NMH had. All style, not a whole load of substance. I am tempted to get the Wii port of Broken Sword though (it'll be the third time having purchased it), since it's got all new puzzles and extra details. I'm such a mark for that game.

Madworld's second on my want list. it's had excellent reviews.

I might put in a MadWorld request for my B-day. I don't think I'll buy any more games myself, as I've still got loads to do in RE5, and barely scraped the surface of Street Fighter IV (done enough to know that Seth is a complete cunt though). Plus me bruv's got another few 360 games that I've not even looked at.

Seth's not a name for a fighter, is it? it's a farmers name for men with chops and their own tankard at the pub.

Look at their record...'Ken' is hardly the most imposing name ever, is it? Edmond Honda? It's hardly a surprise it sounds a bit rubbish.

i just hope the continued support for the multiplayer is more akin to halo 3 than the previous game.

I'd be careful about modern combat 2, you have to question if they can make a single player campaign as good as they did with MC1.

i don't see why they can't. besides, i'd buy it even if it had no single player campaign.

i do hope the rumours about the g3 not returning aren't true, though.
