1. Try to avoid mentioning sequels, obv thats not always going to be possible but doin't have like...every tomb raider game and shit like that.

3. I am the judge and and will disallow shit games, but don't panic it doesn't mean xbox bias, halo will be allowed, even though I hate it.

4. Don't just mention cult games.....aka the KDL rule, gregory horror show ain't getting in.

Unless you've played each and every game there's no way you should be in charge of deciding what goes in or out. Your irrational dislike of Baldur's Gate, for example, would leave my RPG selection hobbled.

I would allow baldur's gate, because its a well know famous game that was important.

WTF?! You've not even heard of Flight of the Amazon Queen? It's now freeware, and you can play it smooth as on XP via Scumm. It's one of the great point'n'clickers of the time, probably under-recognised because it was from a relatively minor development house, as well as a huge fuck-up on the route to market. But seriously. It's free. It's great. Play the talkie version. Then cast judgement based on when it was produced and it's contemporaries. It's excellent.

Also, Secret Files is great. Storytelling that is on a par with Syberia, the most beautiful graphics I've ever seen in a point'n'click, a fantastic 2.5D interface, and puzzles that are neither stupidly obtuse or too elementary make it a great game. The only possible fault that I can imaging would be voice-overs, but given it was developed on the continent for the Central European market primarily, by a small-ish company, that's an understandable cut.

I don't care...I said no cult games, although I realise a list of 10 point and clicks would be tough you don't HAVE to do lists of 10.

It's not really cult. I've seen it mentioned in loads of PC gaming articles when looking at the genre. You should really give it a go anyways, since it's free and easily available.

The genre is practically cult, therefore only its top games are allowed in.
